The staff at Villa Queens were extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. They took immediate action when we encountered a few issues with our room. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, but they quickly found us another room with a functioning unit. They also brought us extra towels when we realized there weren't enough provided. Despite these small inconveniences, the staff's dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience made up for it. I would recommend this hotel.
